Abstract: Abstract: Green schools, also known as eco-friendly schools or adiwiyata schools, focus on environmental awareness and sustainable practices. This research aims to provide a more in-depth understanding of the implementation and impact of green schools in schools. Adiwiyata schools encourage an active and sustainable environmental awareness movement. A unique aspect of this research is the exploration of Pope Francis' encyclical, Laudato Si, which highlights how schools, as part of the education system, contribute to the preservation and maintenance of God's creation. This research uses a qualitative approach with the theory of competitive advantage and refers to previous research related to green schools and adiwiyata schools. A green school implemented in a school that is systematically included in the school curriculum and run programmatically will make this school a school that has a competitive advantage. The character and culture of caring for the environment has been embedded in students and all school members, increasing the competitive advantage for schools that implement it. So that the sustainability of the school will occur as the green school concept is implemented in schools based on the teachings of the Catholic church.</summary>

Abstract: This study aims to identify the effect of service quality &amp; brand image on customer loyalty through Nagadigit customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method using SPSS. This research technique uses survey research techniques with online questionnaire distribution data collection methods. The sampling technique used was the Slovin technique with 94 respondents. This study uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypotheses. In the hypothesis test, the results of the path analysis test conducted show that the effect of service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z) through customer satisfaction (Y) has a smaller coefficient when compared to the effect of service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z) directly, so that customer satisfaction (Y) cannot be an intervening variable between service quality (X1) and brand image (X2) on customer loyalty (Z).</summary>

    <summary type="text">Title: Pengaruh Interaksi Parasosial terhadap Purchase Intention dengan Menggunakan Hedonisime dan Utilitarianisme sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Pengguna TikTok

Abstract: This study examines the effect of parasocial interaction between TikTok users and influencers on hedonic behavior (which includes transparency and perceived enjoyment), utilitarian behavior (which includes credibility and informativeness), and purchase intention in Jabodetabek using a quantitative approach based on data of 182 TikTok users collected through a survey. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the study show that: 1) Parasocial interactions have a significant effect on transparency, 2) There is no effect between parasocial interactions on perceived enjoyment, 3) Parasocial interactions have a significant effect on credibility, 4) Parasocial interactions have a significant effect on informativeness, 5) Parasocial interaction has a significant effect on purchase intention, 6) There is no effect between transparency on purchase intention, 7) There is no effect between perceived enjoyment on purchase intention, 8) Credibility has a significant effect on purchase intention, 9) Informativeness has a significant effect on purchase intention. These findings provide an understanding of the importance of parasocial interactions in shaping consumer behavior and intentions in the context of endorsement on TikTok platform.</summary>

Abstract: Seiring berkembangnya zaman dan tekonologi yang semakin cepat, akses terhadap informasi pun saat ini lebih mudah didapatkan kapan saja dan di mana saja. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi TV Berita yang secara konvensional hanya bisa diakses menggunakan televisi dan siaran atau tayangannya sudah diatur oleh pihak stasiun TV. Hal ini jauh berbeda dengan sosial media yang mudah diakses dan informasi yang dilihat bisa disesuaikan dengan keinginan penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali dan mengumpulkan informasi dari responden dan narasumber yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Hal ini dilakukan melalui survei kuesioer dan wawancara tertulis. Peneliti menggunakan Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan faktor-faktor strategis. Pengembangan sosial media TV Berita CNN Indonesia akan berdampak terhadap pengembangan bisnis dan juga keuntungan pendapatan bisnis itu sendiri. CNN Indonesia harus bisa memanfaatkan sosial media dengan baik seperti sosial media TV Berita lainnya. Strategi bertahan yang bisa diimplementasikan dengan menganalisa Competitor Profiling. Untuk menerapkan hal ini, dibutuhkan keselarasan visi misi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan sosial medianya dan juga melakukan pelatihan maksimal terhadap sumber daya manusianya.</summary>
