Abstract: The development of health technology driving the development of regenerative medicine
such as cell therapy faces challenges in terms of lack of knowledge, immature technology, and
variability. The Covid-19 pandemic prompted clinical trials of stem cell therapy for patients, but
they produced negative data. This research aims to analyze the stem cells’s product development
concepts related to Resource-based view and Stage-gate model, including appropriate development
to minimize failure, as well as analyzing development challenges. Qualitative data was obtained
from literature, in-depth interviews with informants from the industrial, hospital and regulatory
sectors in a semi-structured pattern and observation. Transcript analysis using N-Vivo software
produced seven themes, including the concept of cell therapy product development, the product
development process to minimize the risk of failure, product development strategies and challenges.
In addition, it was found that stem cell development has followed QbD principles, but according to
stage-gate model there were some aspect regarding un-focus gate resulting in trial failure. Lack in
RND organizing and firm capability also contribute in this failure. The proposed strategy for stem
cells product is broad differentiation strategy supported by continuous innovate to become pioneer.
Focusing on costs also important in business sustainability in addition to having to face challenges
involving managing and organizing firm

Authors: Christian, Ryan
Abstract: : The era of digitalization has significantly transformed consumer shopping behavior, with digital financial technology emerging as the fastest-growing digital service sector in Indonesia. One of the most rapidly expanding services within this sector is the paylater service, which allows for deferred payment to be settled at a future date. This research investigates the factors influencing the adoption and use behavior of one of the largest paylater services in Indoneisa, Shopee Paylater among Generation Z, using the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model as the foundation of this reserach. This study identifies key factors such as hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, and use behavior, with gender as a moderating variable. The objective is to provide insights into Gen Z consumers' behavior in adopting Shopee Paylater, aiding service providers in understanding, adjusting, and optimizing their products towards this demographic. The results of this research shows that the hedonic motivation and facilitating conditions variables influence the behavioral intention to adopt Shopee Paylater services, as well as the facilitating conditions and behavioral intention variables influence the use behavior of Shopee Paylater users. The moderating variable in the form of gender also has an important role in determining the intention to adopt Shopee Paylater services.

Abstract: Currently, many companies do not know about the Deaf disability and do not understand how
to implement recruitment procedures for Deaf workers. Because it is difficult to get work everywhere and
because of the lack of knowledge regarding the recruitment process for workers with disabilities. The aim
of this research is to improve strategies for improving accessibility aspects to facilitate the interview
process with Deaf applicants. This research was carried out using the Nvivo application using a qualitative
approach to interview transcript data so that the results could be known after carrying out interviews with
six people. However, the findings concluded that various companies did not provide knowledge or
awareness of Deaf disabilities, so they did not seek information about people with disabilities, including
Deaf disabilities, which made the interview process with Deaf candidates less smooth.

Authors: Widjaja, Kevin
Abstract: This research aims to determine the factors that influence a person's use of Digital Banks. The indicators used in this research are Perceived Ease of Use (POEU), Performance Expectancy (PE), Facilitating Condition (FC), Behavioural Intention (BI) as an intervening variable, and Use Intention (UI). This research uses a quantitative research approach using data collection methods by filling out online questionnaires from 150 sources who have used Digital Bank. Using the SEM (Structural Equation Mode) analysis method produces a test that Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions have a direct and indirect influence on Use Intention, however Perceived Ease of Use does not have a direct or indirect influence by showing a value of -2.550 and -0.657 in the model analysis testing that has been carried out. This negative value shows that the Perceived Ease of Use variable does not influence using Digital Bank. In utilizing digital banking services, a person's habits can be directly and significantly influenced by performance expectations
