Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee work productivity at PT. XYZ. This type of research is quantitative research. Samples taken in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The method used for data analysis in this study is hypothesis testing with t test and f test using the application SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has not significantly effect on employee work productivity, work stress has a significant effect on employee work productivity, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees of PT. XYZ.</description>

Abstract: The process of buying interest from each consumer is basically the same, but the process of buying interest will be characterized by many factors such as price, discount, service quality and others. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of prices, discounted prices and service quality on the buying interest process either simultaneously or partially. The method used is quantitative and the sample used in this study amounted to 148 respondents who know Opticalgo Jakarta. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling which is part of the nonprobability side. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of  determination. The results of research using SPSS 22 show that prices, discounted prices and service quality have an effect on the consumer buying interest process either simultaneously or partially.</description>

Abstract: This research has a purpose to know the influence of advertising on purchase intention of Tokopedia with brand ambassadors as intervening variables. There are three variables in this study which include advertising, purchase intention, and brand ambassadors. This study uses quantitative methods through the calculation of the results of the distribution of questionnaires using Google Form for spreading to 395 respondents who knew Tokopedia, knew Korean BTS boyband, and had seen Tokopedia advertisements with Korean BTS boyband. Sampling techniques in this study, using a purposive sampling technique which is part of the non-probability sampling. The results showed that advertising variables have an influence on brand ambassadors, brand ambassador variables have an influence on purchase intention, and variables advertising has an influence on consumer purchase intention.</description>

Abstract: This study discusses the influence of macroeconomic variables, including consumer confidence index, stock trading volume, inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2020 period. Samples were taken using the method purposive sampling, so that from 169 companies listed on the IDX, 115 samples met the criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model panel data through the EViews 9 program. The results showed that the consumer confidence index, inflation and interest rates had an effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies, while trading volume and exchange rates had no effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies.</description>
