Abstract: Abstract: KFC Naughty by Nature is a thematic restaurant created by KFC. With a concept that is inversely proportional to KFC in general. KFC Naughty by Nature serves healthy food with a luxury restaurant concept located in Senopati, South Jakarta. However, based on the pre-survey, there are reasons why people buy KFC Naughty by Nature, especially people who have tried KFC in general. the purpose of this research is to further explore consumer purchasing decisions related to KFC Naughty by Nature. In this study (N=102), respondents were given an overview and a brief description of the KFC Naughty by Nature food product. Respondents were asked to rate perceived quality and Stoire Atmosphere in increasing purchasing decisions. It is estimated that perceived quality has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The Store Atmosphere built by KFC Naughty by Nature also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. This supports the study hypothesis with a significant value of perceived quality (p&lt;.000) in terms of product attributes and store atmosphere with a significance value (p&lt;.007) that KFC Naughty by Nature is able to build a good restaurant atmosphere. These results support the purchase decision of KFC Naughty by Nature in the future.</description>

Abstract: Sales through e-commerce and direct selling have become two methods commonly used in the automotive industry to market and sell auto parts. However, there is still a paucity of research investigating the differences between these two methods, particularly in the context of Aquarius Motor auto parts. Aquarius Motor is a micro, small and medium enterprise. This study aims to determine the differences in sales via e-commerce and direct selling of Aquarius Motor car parts. This study used a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique in collecting questionnaire data from customers of Aquarius motor car parts as many as 84 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant difference in sales through e-commerce and direct selling of Aquarius Motor car parts. Through the analysis of the Independent Samples Test, it was found that there was a significant difference in average sales between the two methods, with a statistically significant t-statistic. Aquarius motor can optimize the use of e- commerce and direct selling to expand market share and increase profits. This research can also form the basis for further research in this field, as well as contribute to the development of knowledge in the context of auto parts sales and marketing strategy.</description>

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of training and kaizen culture on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kelapa Gading Raya Branch. Field research methods with a type of quantitative approach. The employee population is 45 people and the sample taken is 45 people using the Non Probability Sampling technique. Data processing uses multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant influence between training on employee performance and kaizen culture on employee performance and simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance.</description>

Abstract: This study focuses on the influence of motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance at PT. XYZ. The research method used is quantitative, employing numerical data analysis and statistics. A conceptual model is utilized as a diagram depicting the relationships among the factors that affect employee performance. The dependent variable studied is employee performance (Y). The results of the study reveal that motivation has a significant positive influence on employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant positive influence on employee performance. However, when considered together, motivation and work discipline have a significant impact on employee performance. Based on the research findings, it is recommended for the company to ensure a proper balance between wages and employee performance, encourage measured innovation and risk-taking, effectively manage time and target achievement, and prioritize employee development.</description>
