Abstract

This research aims to create a website-based employee training aplication for PT.Bank X. PT. Bank X is a company that engaged in the field of human resources. It experiences problems in managing data and delivering information regarding the training. The development of this information system can help manage employee training data and convey accurate information. The software development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP has some processes, namely Business Modelling, Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and Development. The application uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. This research results in a website-based PT.
