Membangun Prototype Model Bisnis di Bidang Pertanian dengan Pendekatan Teknologi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a new prototype in the Indonesian horticulture field. It is said to have great potential, because Indonesia has a large agribusiness but few players. So that the researchers conducted interviews with a handful of consumers, the results obtained were that blockchain analysis on the supply chain and business intelligence was a good alternative. At this time there is still an empty space in the horticulture business. Researchers presented blockchain analysis and business intelligence visually to define the proposed prototype. The result of this study is a first mover new entry strategy to enter a market that has not been touched by the wider community, researchers have formed this into a product prototype that meets the wishes of stakeholders and consumers simultaneously. In the process, this research forms a business model that is in contact with white ocean strategy, where this business model is based on social responsibility for existing government programs, when this research was formed
