Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance through motivation variables. This study uses a quantitative data approach with the Structured Equation Model (SEM) analysis method with the SMART PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The sample in this study amounted to 80 employees. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and compensation variables affect employee performance and organizational culture variables and compensation affect employee performance through work motivation at PT XYZ.
