dc.description.abstractTattooed millennials generation in DKI Jakarta are lives in the middle of a society where the majority are still think that tattoo is a bad thing to wear its because of the past mind construction about tattoo user. The society assessment of tattooed milenials are affected their self concept. The purpose of this research is to describe how tattooed millennials build their self concept. This research use descriptive qualitative approach with symbolic interaction theory and constructivism paradigm. The primary data of this research were collected from deep interview, observation, and documentation, while the secondary data were collected from literature review, books, journals, articles, and other references from internet. This research shows that tattooed millennials build their self concept by lean their social life to people who accept and support their tattoed body they also remove negative thoughts and behave indifferent.en_US
