Hiperealitas Relasi Interpesonal Atasan Bawahan dalam Serial Drama Korea A Bussines Proposal

Abstract

The Korean Wave phenomenon with its Korean culture is increasingly spreading globally with the development of information and communication technology. With the Korean Wave, all forms of Korean culture influence global civilization, including Korean Drama series. The hyperreality of the relationship between superiors and subordinates is one of the central themes that is often raised in Korean drama series. This phenomenon of hyperreality certainly cannot be separated from the philosopher Jean Baudrillard who formulated opinions using the terminology of simulacra (pseudo reality) and hyperreality, pseudo reality which is more real than actual reality. This research focuses on analyzing the hyperrealistic relationships between superiors and subordinates in the Korean drama series A Business Proposal, using qualitative methods. Clearly, the hyper-reality of the relationship between superiors and subordinates in the Korean drama series A Business Proposal is shown to override aspects of professionalism, norms, social aspects and realistic aspects.
