Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the influence of training and organizational culture simultaneously or jointly on the performance of PT PLN Nusantara Power Generation Unit Muara Karang. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method by conducting a survey of employees in the company. The population and sample used were 40 employees of PT PLN Nusantara Power Generation Unit Muara Karang. The sampling technique in this study uses Non-Probability Sampling. For data processing using IBM SPSS version 26 software. From this study it can be concluded that training has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, training and organizational culture have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance.
