Pembangunan Aplikasi Pengambilan Keputusan Pemberian Surat Keterangan Tidak Mampu Berbasis Website pada Kelurahan Rawaterate

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a website-based decision-making application for issuing a Certificate of Disadvantage in the Rawaterate Village. The provision of SKTM manually faces several problems, such as a slow process, potential for data collection errors, lack of transparency, difficulties in accessing and searching data, and a lack of efficiency and effectiveness. Then a website-based SKTM application was developed designed to overcome these problems by increasing efficiency, accuracy and transparency in the decision-making process. The method used in the development of this application is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, and uses the programming language HTML, CSS, and the MySQL database. Application testing is done using a black box and user experience. The results of testing this research is a website-based SKTM decision-making application.
