Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja dengan Komitmen sebagai Variabel Antara pada PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and compensation on performance with commitment as an intermediate variable at PT Bumitangerang Mesindotama . This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted with the unit of analysis of the PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama, with a population of 434 people. The sampling method used is Non-Probability sampling with saturated sample type. Sampling method used Slovin formula and the total of sample taken is 80 respondents, with the technique of collecting data is a questionnaire. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22. The result of this study conclude that there is an insignificant effect of training on performance, there is a positive and significant influence between compensation variable on performance and there is no simultaneous influence between training variables and compensation on performance.There is also a significant effect of commitment on performance.
