dc.description.abstractPT XYZ is a company that engages in the manufacture of wiring harnesses and electrical distribution equipment as a first tier automotive OEM supplier. The sales performance of this company had been stagnant from 2014 to 2018 until it went up in 2019. Sales was predicted to grew more in 2020, but due to a combination of internal and external factors, sales shrink by 33% instead. Hence, reaching the Rp 1.2 Billion growth by 2023, which is expected by their holding company becomes increasingly difficult. The purpose of this study is to evaluate strategies, make alternative business strategy formulations, and provide recommendations for PT XYZ's business strategies. The results of the research for the input stage with the EFE, CPM and IFE matrices are used as input in the matching stage with the SWOT, SPACE, IE and Grand Strategy matrices so that at the decision stage through the QSPM matrix, PT XYZ should focus on diversifying its business by 2021 due to multiple factors, both external and external, and support the execution of such strategies while keeping the required existing strategies.en_US
