Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan, Kegunaan dan Keamanan Terhadap Sikap, serta Dampak nya pada Minat Menggunakan Aplikasi Crewdible pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, usefulness and security towards attitude and its impact on intention to use Crewdible’s application in the period of COVID19 pandemic. The population in this study is using non probability sampling technique with a minimum age criteria of 18 years old and also online shop’s owner interested in using Crewdible’s application. This research is quantitative study. Total sample are 160 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results of each variable indicates research show perceived ease of use, usefulness, security have a significant effect on attitude and also attitude have a significant effect on intention to use of Crewdible’s application.
