Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Kuran Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Terkonsentrasi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Consumer Goods

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, capital structure, firm size, institutional ownership, and ownership concentration on firm value in listed consumer goods companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016-2019. This study uses secondary data from quarterly reports of consolidated financial statements of listed consumer goods company from 2016-2019. There are 23 companies as research samples or 368 observations that meet the criteria of the research sample by using purposive sampling method. To analyse the data, this research use panel regression analysis method (pooled regression). The result of this research indicates that firm size and institutional ownership have significant effect on firm value. While net profit margin, debt to equity ratio, and ownership concentration have no effect on the firm value.
