Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT XYZ

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee work productivity at PT. XYZ. This type of research is quantitative research. Samples taken in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The method used for data analysis in this study is hypothesis testing with t test and f test using the application SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has not significantly effect on employee work productivity, work stress has a significant effect on employee work productivity, work environment and work stress simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees of PT. XYZ.
