dc.description.abstractOnline recruitment is a new process that can help companies in fulfilling their workforce needs. By using online tools such as Google Forms, companies can expand their reach and select suitable applicants easier, in comparison with the conventional way of recruitment by combing through written application letters. This qualitative theses aims to find and describe the impact in implementing online recruitment for a company and differences of quality between employees accepted through online and conventional recruitment processes. Research are done in a retail company by interviewing the HR Staff, Store Manager, and Supervisors. Secondary data were also obtained from HR archives of said company. Results showed that online recruitment has a positive impact for the company, by making the selection of applicants easier while also decreasing the money spent on the recruitment process. But, research does not find any difference in the quality of employees accepted from both recruitment processes.en_US
