dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the effect of conflict management, work culture and leadership on the job satisfaction of teachers and employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this study used a saturated sample. respondents for a sample of 35 and a population of 50 are teachers and school employees of North Jakarta GD. The statistical test technique in this research is multiple linear regression using classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical measurement tool in this study uses SPSS series 25. The results of this study partially show that there is an influence between conflict management, work culture and leadership on teacher and employee job satisfaction. Then the research results have a simultaneous influence, namely conflict management, work culture and leadership on teacher job satisfaction. | en_US |
