Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru Studi Kasus di SMK XYZ

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and work environment on teacher performance. This research uses case study method with quantitative research methodology. The sample in this study used a saturated sample. Respondents for the sample and population in this study were teachers of SMK XYZ as many as 38 respondents. The statistical test technique in this research is multiple linear regression using classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The statistical measurement tool in this study uses the SPSS series 26 program. The results of this study partially show that there is an influence between leadership on teacher performance, organizational culture on teacher performance, and work environment on teacher performance. Then the results of the research simultaneously, namely, leadership, organizational culture, and work environment affect teacher performance.
