dc.description.abstract | This study aims to identify the company's internal and external conditions as well as the development strategy of PT Maritim Sumber Energi's business model. This study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. In identifying internal and external companies, the researcher uses SWOT and PESTLE analysis, as well as Porter's Five Forces for competitiveness analysis. The marketing strategy is carried out using a combination of SWOT and 7P strategy analysis. Based on the research results, PT MSE does not yet have a marketing team that focuses on marketing and company promotion activities. The strategy undertaken by PT MSE is to form a marketing team so that it can increase loading volume by reaching the North Bengkulu coal mine and its surroundings, adding cargo to reach full capacity in 2026, taking care of loading permits for non-coal commodities and transshipment permits. | en_US |
