Abstract

This study aims to identify the condition of the company PT Maritim Sumber Energi and design operational activity to restore operational conditions to make PT Maritim Sumber Energi have optimum production. This study uses qualitative research using the Balanced Scorecard method to measure the results of a company's performance. The research technique uses internal data owned by PT Maritim Sumber Energi. In addition to using the Balanced Scorecard, this study also uses PESTLE Analysis, Porter's Five Forces, and SWOT analysis to identify the company's condition. The data taken is based on the operational aspects. Based on the results of this study, the company's condition can be overcome by using a diversification strategy. However, the success rate still needs to be improved in the future
