Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Atasan terhadap Kinerja Individual dengan Faktor Mediator Modal Psikologis pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi PT. XYZ

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of superiors' support on individual performance with the mediator factor of psychological capital in production employees of PT. XYZ. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population used is a factory employee of the production at PT. XYZ, with a sample size of 168 people. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the perception of superiors' support has a significant relationship with employee performance in the production department. When testing the perceptions of superiors 'support for performance by including psychological capital as a mediator, the results show that the perception of superiors' support is insignificant. So it can be concluded that psychological capital acts as a partial mediator between perceptions of superior support and individual employee performance. So it can be said that employee performance will increase when employees feel the support from their superiors who form their psychological capital.
