Kajian Strategi Ketercapaian Produksi Overburden: Studi Kasus di PT.XYZ

Abstract

This study examines the approaches employed to meet overburden production goals at PT XYZ, a coal mining contractor. This corporation is seeing difficulties in meeting its production goals at one of its operational sites. This study employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing observational techniques and conducting in-depth interviews with informants with specialized expertise and diverse backgrounds in the mining sector. This research adopts Fred David's conceptual framework as a strategic technique to reassess the company's strategy and attain its production objectives. This research investigates the intricacies of issues related to overload production using qualitative data gathering approaches like as observation and in-depth interviews. The opinions of the informants, who have diverse backgrounds in administrative positions and technical skills, offer unique insights into the intricate nature of the mining business. This research effectively utilized qualitative analytical methodologies to determine the crucial causes that led to the failure to meet overload production objectives. The findings of this study offer suggestions that may be applied by PT XYZ to restructure its approach, address operational inefficiencies, and eventually enhance its capacity to meet production objectives effectively.
