dc.description.abstractHealth messages now can be found through various types of media, one of which is social media. This research aims to determine the motives and levels of satisfaction obtained by media users (followers) of pregnant women @Temanbumil. This research uses the uses and gratification theory. The paradigm used is a positivistic paradigm with a quantitative approach. The method used was an exploratory survey method with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the motive underlying the media users of IGTV @Temanbumil is the motive of information and information satisfaction is the most satisfaction obtained by media users of pregnant women. IGTV @Temanbumil can provide satisfaction to media users of pregnant women. This can be seen from the smaller motive score compared to the satisfaction score (GS <GO). Based on data processing, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.718 that there is a relationship between motive and user satisfaction of the IGTV @Temanbumil media user who discusses pregnancy health in a strong category.en_US
