Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS UP PKB Pulo Gadung

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and organizational commitment on job performance of non civil servants UP PKB Pulo Gadung employees. There are three variables in this study which include job stress, organizational commitment, and job performance. This study uses a quantitative method through the calculation of the results of the distribution of questionnaires using questionnaire paper as its distribution to 40 respondents who are employees of non civil servants UP PKB Pulo Gadung employees. Sampling techniques in this study, using quota sampling technique which is part of non-probability sampling and data analysis processed using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study indicate that job stress variable have no influence on job performance, organizational commitment variables have an influence on job performance, and also Job stress and organizational commitment variable simultaneously do not have an influence on job performance.
