Pengaruh Lokasi dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Thaiyo’ di Koja Jakarta Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the location and product quality on customer satisfaction THAIYO '. This research is a quantitative study using the SPSS Statistics program with a sample of 101 respondents who live in Jabodetabek who have bought and consumed Thai Tea THAIYO using nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that location influences customer satisfaction, and product quality influences customer satisfaction. The benefit of this research for THAIYO 'is as input or evaluation in order to maintain and improve the location and product quality so that THAIYO' Thai Tea can compete with other competitors.
