Evaluasi Peran Kepemimpinan Wanita dalam Meningkatkan Penerimaan Murid Baru SD Xyz (Studi Kasus)

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of female leadership and determine its contribution in achieving the target of new student admissions at SD XYZ. This research uses a case study approach, triangulation of in-depth interviews, observation and literature studies are used to reveal phenomena at SD XYZ. Women's leadership at SD XYZ is more dominant in applying the servant leadership style of leadership. The contribution of female leaders in the fields of management and marketing makes SD XYZ always achieve the target of accepting new students. The results of this study are not easy to generalize because of the chosen research approach. Further research can be conducted to deepen and broaden the findings.
