dc.description.abstractThis study aims to describe the phenomena of work engagement and work stress for senior teachers, the obstacles experienced and provide strategic recommendations to teachers at SD XYZ regarding teaching in the COVID-19 pandemic situation. This research uses a case study qualitative approach. The number of informants for this study was 6 people, they were the principal, senior teachers, and students. The results obtained that senior teacher at SD XYZ are in the highly engaged quadrant and are classified as having quite positive energy in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Learning can still take place smoothly because teachers have conducted various trainings in dealing with technology-based learning to be able to develop skills in teaching. School must be able to become facilitators so that teachers can do their job very well. Further research can also be conducted to deepen and broaden the findings by using other relevant variables.en_US
