Pengaruh Kompetensi Operator dan Lingkungan Kerja Departemen Produksi terhadap Produktivitas Operator dalam Mencapai Target Produksi di PT. Manggala Usaha Manunggal Job Site Ganda Alam Makmur

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of competence and quality of work environment on work productivity of heavy equipment operators in the Production Department of PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal Job Site Ganda Alam Makmur. The research method used in this research is mix methods, which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results showed that the level of competence, quality of the work environment, and work productivity were in the very good category. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that competence (p: 0,0047< 0,05) and work environment (p: 0,000< 0, 05) have a positive effect on work productivity for heavy equipment operators, and the work environment has an effect on achieving production targets (p:0,036< 0,05) at the Ganda Alam Makmur Job Site of PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal.
