Pengaruh E-Trust dan Kualitas Aplikasi Terhadap Online Booking Intention pada Pengguna Aplikasi TIX.ID di DKI Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of e-trust and application quality on online booking intent (online ordering intent) of TIX.ID application users in the Jakarta metropolitan area. E-Trust represents a user's trust in security and confidentiality. This study used a quantitative approach through research methods by collecting data using questionnaires to active users of his TIX.ID application in the Jakarta metropolitan area. The study sample consisted of her 105 randomly selected respondents. The findings show that E-Trust has a clear positive impact on the online booking intentions of users of his TIX.ID application. This suggests that the more trust users have in the safety and integrity of the platform, the more likely they are to place online orders through the application. The findings of this study will help application developers increase user confidence in the platform and improve the quality of their applications. This is expected to increase user interest and satisfaction when placing online orders through his TIX.ID application in Greater Jakarta.
