Perancangan Sistem E-Commerce untuk Transaksi Hasil Laut Berbasis Website

Abstract

Muara Baru Modern Fish Market is a business engaged in the field of fisheries business centers. The current system still requires consumers to come directly to the store to purchase products. The constraints faced at this time are that sellers cannot update product information online, transaction processing cannot be done online, and recording sales reports still uses paper or books. This certainly has an impact on the effectiveness of the Muara Baru Modern Fish Market business process. The purpose of this study is to design an e-commerce system to be a solution to assist the online ordering process and provide up-to-date product information. The method used is the prototyping method and uses the PHP programming language. The testing method used is Black Box Testing. For data collection is done by observation, interviews, and literature studies. This research produces an e-commerce system for website-based seafood transactions that can make it easier for consumers to see product availability, place orders, and pay online
