Pengaruh Stres dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Berdampak pada Loyalitas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of stress and work environment on job satisfaction impact on employee loyalty CV. Delima Jaya Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 36 respondents with SmartPLS 3 statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that stress and work environment variables affect work satisfaction, stress variables affect loyalty, work satisfaction variables affect loyalty, while environmental variables work does not have a significant effect on loyalty and the work environment also does not affect loyalty through job satisfaction.
