Abstract: Researchers found a unique phenomenon in the Hamjeansku online shop company that is a culture of honesty, caring, and high responsibility, it is able to have an impact on employee performance productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of organizational culture in increasing employee productivity at Hamjeansku online shop company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach and post positivism research paradigm. Researchers used organizational culture theory based on three assumptions of organizational culture according to Pacanowsky and O'Donnel Trujilio. The results of this research are (1) The organizational culture owned by the Hamjeansku company is a culture of honesty, caring, and high responsibility. (2) Organizational culture in the Hamjeansku online shop company can have an impact on the productivity of the performance of company employees, it can be seen from the communication established within the company, the facilities and comfortable working atmosphere, and the delivery of information that is good enough among fellow employees as well as between employees and superiors. This research can show that organizational culture in a company, especially an online shop company has a good organization and the diversity of organizational culture is not only owned by large companies.
