Abstract: This research is aimed to know if there are any influences between training design, self efficacy and support from the superior to transfer of training as well as its impact on employee’s performance PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. This research used validity test, reliability test, path analysis, and t test supported by SmartPLS 3.0. Sample that was taken as many as 54 responden. This research used quantitative approach with purposive sampling method. The collected data was done by questionnaires using scale Likert to measure question items. The results showed that training design, self efficacy and support from the superior gives significant effect on transfer of training. Transfer of training also gives significant effect on the employee’s performance.
